Coreógrafo, director de ballet y bailarín, cuenta con trayectoria internacional. Ha creado para compañías como el Royal Ballet London, Queensland Ballet y Les Ballets de Monte-Carlo. Fue director del Ballet Estatal de Núremberg (2008-2025) y desde 2025 dirige el Ballet Estatal de Hannover.
